About these readings
Readings offered on this site are for spiritual guidance, reflection and entertainment. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and no specific outcome is promised. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
Bookings and payments
Prices are shown in Indian rupees (paid through Razorpay) or US dollars (paid through Stripe). A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Times are shown in your own time zone.
Changes and cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel a session from your account page up to 24 hours before it starts. See the refund policy for details. If Komal needs to move a session, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
Written reports
Written reports are prepared personally after payment and are usually delivered within 3–5 days. They are for your personal use.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase, can be used for any reading, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Conduct
Sessions are a respectful space. Komal may end a session that becomes abusive; in that case no refund is due.
