Live sessions (video and phone)
- Cancel 24 hours or more before the start: full refund, processed automatically when you cancel from your account page.
- Less than 24 hours before, or a missed session: no refund. If something unexpected happens, please message Komal on WhatsApp — she will try to help.
- If Komal has to cancel, you get a full refund or a new time of your choice.
Written reports
A written report can be cancelled for a full refund until Komal starts working on it. Once it is being written or has been delivered, it cannot be refunded.
Gift cards
Unused gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once part of a gift card has been used, the remaining balance stays on the card and is not refundable.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method — through Razorpay for rupee payments and Stripe for dollar payments — and usually arrive within 5–7 working days.
