Do I need to believe in tarot for a reading to help?
No. Many people treat a reading as a structured way to reflect on their situation. The cards offer a different perspective; what you do with it is always your choice.
Can tarot predict the future?
Tarot shows likely directions based on where things stand today — not a fixed fate. Your choices can change the outcome, which is why readings focus on what you can do.
How do online sessions work?
Book a time in your own time zone and pay online. For video sessions you receive a link by email before the session; for phone sessions Komal calls your registered number.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — from your account page, up to 24 hours before the session. Cancelling in that window gives a full refund. Closer to the time, please message Komal on WhatsApp.
Which payment methods do you accept?
In India: UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay, in rupees. Outside India: international cards through Stripe, in US dollars.
How long does a written report take?
Most written reports are delivered within 3–5 days. You get an email with a link to download your PDF as soon as it is ready.
Is what I share kept private?
Yes. Your questions and details are seen only by Komal and are never shared. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.
Can a reading replace medical, legal or financial advice?
No. A reading is spiritual guidance and reflection. For health, legal or financial matters, please also consult a qualified professional.
